It is the Customer’s responsibility to check that the booking confirmation email has been received successfully and that all booking details are accurate.

\r\nSection 2A: Services
Park & Ride
\r\n\r\nCustomers using the Park & Ride service are required to arrive directly at the designated parking facility and follow the arrival instructions provided within the booking confirmation email.
\r\n\r\nA shuttle transfer service will transport Customers to and from the airport terminal. Transfer times may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather conditions, airport restrictions, operational demand, and passenger volumes.
\r\n\r\nCustomers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for parking, transfers, check-in, and airport security procedures.
\r\n\r\nMeet and Greet
\r\n\r\nCustomers using the Meet and Greet service must arrive at the designated airport handover location stated within their booking confirmation.
\r\n\r\nBy handing over the vehicle to the operational service provider or its appointed drivers, the Customer expressly authorises the operational service provider and its staff to operate, move, park, transport, and store the vehicle as reasonably necessary for delivery of the booked service.
\r\n\r\nVehicles may be moved between operational compounds or off-site storage facilities for operational, logistical, or security purposes.
\r\n\r\nVehicle return times may vary depending on airport traffic, weather conditions, operational demand, airport restrictions, and driver availability.
\r\n\r\nCustomers are responsible for notifying the operational service provider upon return in accordance with the instructions provided in the booking confirmation email.

All pre-booking prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Euro (€).

\r\n\r\nAll claims for damage should be reported before leaving the airport/carpark whilst your vehicle remains within the care and control of the operational service provider. Customers must inspect their vehicle immediately upon collection and report details of any alleged damage directly to the driver before leaving the airport/carpark or terminal area.
\r\n\r\nNo claims for damage or service-related issues will be accepted once the Customer has received the vehicle from the Car Park driver and left the airport terminal/carpark.
\r\n\r\nFailure to report alleged damage before leaving the airport or collection area may affect the ability to investigate or process any claim.
\r\n\r\nAll damage complaints must be supported by:
\r\n• Clear timestamped photographs

\r\n\r\nArrivals more than 4 hours early or late may incur a €20 operational charge.
\r\n\r\nAdditional late days incur a €20 daily charge.
\r\n\r\nEarly arrivals may incur a one-off €20 charge.
\r\n\r\nCustomers must remove all valuables from vehicles before handover.
\r\n\r\nNeither CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC nor PARK AND FLY CAR PARK SERVICES LIMITED accepts responsibility for valuables left inside vehicles.

\r\n\r\nVehicles remaining uncollected for 30 days after the confirmed return date without communication from the Customer may be treated as abandoned.

\r\n\r\nFollowing the initial 30-day period, a further 14-day notice period shall apply.
